Kimberly Rowan serves as Chief Financial Officer of Encore Elite Experiences (EEE), where she leads the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and long-term growth initiatives. With more than 18 years of experience spanning finance, corporate strategy, and executive leadership, she brings a proven ability to align financial performance with organizational vision.
Prior to joining EEE, Kimberly held a Vice President role at a leading insurance firm, where she was instrumental in optimizing financial operations, improving forecasting accuracy, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives. Her leadership style is grounded in data-driven decision-making, operational discipline, and a forward-thinking approach to risk management and growth.
At EEE, Kimberly is recognized for strengthening financial infrastructure, enhancing reporting transparency, and supporting scalable growth across the organization. Outside of her work in finance and podcasting, she is an avid reader and enjoys playing video games, reflecting her curiosity and appreciation for both storytelling and immersive experiences.
Kimberly also cherishes her role as a grandmother, having welcomed her first grandchild in 2024, a milestone that has brought her tremendous joy and a renewed sense of purpose in both her personal and professional life.
