With nearly three decades of experience in entertainment, marketing, promotions, artist relations, and event production, LaTanya A. Roquemore has built a career rooted in one simple philosophy: service.
Early in her career, Tanya had the privilege of working alongside some of the entertainment industry's most respected promoters and professionals. One mentor, John Ray, left a lasting impression with a phrase that would become a guiding principle throughout her life and career: "I'm just here to serve."
In 1997, Tanya and her late partner, Kevin Pickett, parents of five adopted sons, set out to build something that would extend far beyond business success. They envisioned creating a legacy—one that would provide opportunity, stability, and a foundation for future generations. That vision led to the creation of The Roquemore Alternative, an entertainment company that supports local productions and develops artists.
Over the years, Tanya established herself as a respected publicist, personal manager, production coordinator, and creative producer. She wrote, produced, and directed four stage productions that successfully toured nationally while simultaneously managing artists and overseeing large-scale productions. During that same period, Kevin built a reputation as a talented chef, caterer, and craft services professional, pursuing his passion until his passing in 2016.
Following Kevin's transition, Tanya expanded her focus into marketing, promotions, business development, and entrepreneurial coaching. With Pickett Fences Marketing, Tanya worked with corporations, small business owners, and emerging brands. She recognized a growing need for exceptional customer experiences and concierge-level service across industries.
That realization, combined with decades of experience in the entertainment industry and a commitment to excellence, led to the founding of Encore Elite Experiences, LLC.
Today, Tanya leads Encore Elite Experiences with a mission to deliver world-class VIP experiences, artist relations, hospitality services, and event support that exceed expectations. Her leadership is driven by the belief that every client deserves personalized attention, exceptional service, and a trusted partner who treats their goals as if they were family.
